Xavier Marcenac President, TELUS International Europe

Mr. Xavier Marcenac is president of TELUS International Europe – a leading supplier of BPO and IT services in Eastern Europe, which he co-founds under the name of CallPoint New Europe in 2004 in Bulgaria. Later in 2007 under his management the company establishes an office in Romania.
Since acquiring CallPoint from TELUS International Mr. Marcenac has been in charge of the management and development of more than 3500 employees in the company’s offices in Bulgaria, Romania and United Kingdom. He is a proficient manager with more than 20 years of experience in international companies in the field of consulting, finances and corporate mergers.
Mr. Marcenac has a Master’s degree in IT from ENSEEIHT, France, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD, France.
He is a certified public accountant from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in London. Married with three children.
